Rescuing Mara is the second book in the Warrior of Arracate series. Each book can be read as a stand-alone, but there is an overarching plot which will conclude in book 3.
In 2026 the Warriors of Arracate books have gotten an upgrade with beautiful page filled chapter headings. This means I have some old which is now on sale! The story is the same, only the inside is a little less pretty. But it will save you 15 euros 😉
Not often that the second book surpases the first. But with this book, it is true.
It gave me all the good from book 1: posessive obsessive aliens with a great world. This book added to it with more backstory and 2 main characters that I enclosed in my heart and felt so deeply for.
