Gleeful Goblin Review: As someone who has years of SA related víolence in my past I can’t put into words how much I appreciate authors who give thoughtful content warnings while not shying away from really hard subject matter like SA and trafficking. One of the reasons I love books like this (with an HEA) especially though is they offer a combo of wish fulfillment and ideal outcome. Reality is hardly ever neat, tidy, and packaged with a partner who loves all of you. And honestly, reality can bite me. Give me stories like this any day where people don’t have to be perfect or healed from their trauma to find love, support, and genuine partnership.
